About the Governance Sub-Committee:

The purpose of the Governance Sub-Committee is to review language and develop policies related to the management of ERIN. This includes ensuring that policies are compliant with ERIN’s statutory, regulatory, and ethical requirements, as well as other relevant governance standards. The Governance Sub-Committee also reviews ERIN’s internal control systems and processes to ensure they are effective, efficient, and aligned with the organization’s Strategic Plan.
