Converting investors from “interested” to “on the cap table” is as much of a skill as networking and pitching. In many ways, it is even more important than the former. It is akin to closing a sale: bottom-of-the-funnel conversions are the most important of all conversions.
The program will focus on building familiarity, comfort, knowledge, and skills for investor Due Diligence.
Session One – April 8 – Mock due diligence call – 1-2:30 pm MT
We will run a mock due diligence call with the Founders of a past Investment Summit winner.
The Founders will present their investment deck and we will run through a set of typical questions that most founders can expect in their first due diligence call with potential investors.
Attendees will have the opportunity to observe the call for the first hour, and then we will run through a debrief of the call and discuss and ask questions.
