Build Her Up is a free, transformative conference that will create an inclusive space for discussion, learning, and policy development for women and other underrepresented groups, employers, and industry leaders in the skilled trades.  

Build Her Up is focused on the issues and challenges that impact women and underrepresented groups, but attendance is open to anyone in the skilled trades, including Journeypeople, apprentices, or those aspiring to enter the industry. As well, as industry leaders and employers who want to learn and take action in addressing the challenges and opportunities for inclusivity in the skilled trades.  

Join us for a full day of networking, workshops, and panel discussions celebrating people of all backgrounds in the skilled trades, and creating a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion in the industry.
